Because each item is custom-prepared and carefully packed, we unfortunately don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives with a clear manufacturing defect.

We kindly ask that you double-check all product details and measurements before placing your order.

Defects

If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’re happy to assist if the issue relates to a genuine defect, such as broken welds, incorrect components, or structural issues.

We’ll review your case and, if necessary, offer a repair or replacement.

  • Surface inconsistencies that don’t affect function.

These are normal and part of the material’s character — not considered defects — and contribute to the raw, industrial look our customers appreciate.
