Please note that while we do not offer refunds, we are committed to resolving any issues with your order. If your bespoke item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced at no extra cost to you.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it. However, please understand that we cannot issue refunds once the order has been processed.
